ingredients

  • Classic Room Temperature Pinsa (you can also use your favourite version of Pinsa!!)
  • Canned tuna
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onions
  • Black olives
  • Oregano
  • EVOO

Corrado’s favourite: rich and tasty, it tastes good and looks good!

Drizzle some olive oil on top and add, in this order:

the finely sliced onions,

the sliced cherry tomatoes,

the canned tuna, drained and crumbled, the olives.

Bake for 5 minutes at 250 °C.

Once the pinsa is out of the oven, drizzle some olive oil according to your taste

and add a sprinkle of oregano.
