  • Classic Chilled Pinsa (you can also use your favourite version of Pinsa!)
  • Basil pesto
  • Dried tomatoes
  • Stracciatella di bufala cheese
  • EVOO

Here’s what
you have to do:

Drizzle some oil on the Pinsa and bake it for 5 minutes at 250 °C

If you don’t feel like turning on the oven, you can always try new cooking methods. Find out more here

Once it’s out of the oven, add all the other raw ingredients (and don’t be shy about it)

first the stracciatella

then the dried tomatoes, drained

add a touch of pesto
