- Multi grain Fridge Pinsa (you can also use your favourite version of Pinsa!)
- Pumpkin
- Speck (smoked prosciutto)
- Stracciatella di bufala cheese
- EVOO
- Rosemary
Here’s what
you have to do
Corrado’s suggestion to warm up your heart – and your tummy!
Begin with the pumpkin: chop it into cubes and bake it in the oven for a few minutes after adding a drizzle of olive oil and some rosemary.
Drizzle some oil on the Pinsa and bake it for 5 minutes at 250 °C.

Take it out of the oven and add slices of speck,
add the stracciatella and the pumpkin cubes.
